For Windows 7
- Restart the computer.
- Go to the Control Panel.
- Under the Hardware and Sound section of the Control Panel, click View devices and printers.
- Right-click the Calyx Document Converter and then select printer properties.
- From the printer properties window, click Change Properties and then click YES on the User Access Control window. (If the Change Properties button is not there, go to the next step.)
- Click the Ports tab.
- Click Add Port.
- From the Printer Ports window, select Local Port.
- Click New Port.
- From Port Name window, enter CLX as the name.
- Click OK and then click Close from the Printer Ports window.
- From the Printer Properties window, click the Security tab.
- Click Add.
- From the Select Users, Computers, Service Accounts, or Groups window - click Advanced.
- From the next window, click Find Now.
- Locate and double-click your user name from the Search Results list and then click OK.
- From the Calyx Document Converter Properties window, select every user in the Group or user names section and be sure that all users have a check under the Allow column for Print, Manage this printer, and Manage documents.
- Click OK.
- Open Point and try again.
For Windows Vista
- Restart the computer.
- Close Point
- Go to the Control Panel.
- Double-click Printers...
- Right-click the Calyx Document Converter.
- Click Properties.
- From the Properties window, click the Ports tab.
- Click Add Port.
- From the Printer Ports window, select Local Port.
- Click New Port.

From the Port Name window, enter CLX and then click OK.

Click Close from the Printer Ports Window.

From the printer properties window, click Apply.

Click the Security tab.
- Click Add.
- From the Select Users, Computers or Groups window - click Advanced.
- In the next window, click Find Now.
- Locate and double-click your user name and then click OK.
- From the Calyx Document Converter window - select each user in the Group or User name section and check the boxes under the Allow column for Print, Manage Printers, and Manage Documents.

- Click Ok when finished.
- Open Point and try again.
