Point version 5.2 or higher must be installed before you can apply this update. Once successfully installed, you must open and close Point for the update to be applied.

To confirm that the update applied successfully - open Point again and click on Help > About. The build number, at the bottom, should be 5 digits, ending with .74.

Follow these instructions for downloading the update:

Downloading the I_Update for Point.

1. Close Point if it is open.
   
   
   • (For Point version 5.2) click here to start the download.
   • (For Point version 5.3) click here to start the download.
   • (For Point version 5.4) click here to start the download.
   • (For Point version 6.0) click here to start the download.
   • (For Point version 6.1) click here to start the download.
   • (For Point version 6.2) click here to start the download.
   
   
2. Internet Explorer users: Select Run this program from its current location or Open, then click OK.
   Firefox users: Find the folder where you want to save the file, then click Save.
3. Internet Explorer users: When the download is complete, the update will automatically begin.
   Firefox users: Find the folder where you saved the file, and double-click on it.
4. When the download finishes a 'Security Warning' window may display. Click Yes.
5. Select Next on the opening screen.
6. A screen to confirm the location of the Point directory will appear. Select Next.
7. Select Start to begin installation.
8. Click Exit when finished.
